Badalucco, San Lorenzo a mare

During our weekend in Italy, we had the pleasure to be joined by our friends Eliza and Gerard, who kindly invited us for lunch in Badalucco. It's a typical Italian village in the moutains.

The food was great at restaurant "Il Ponte". There, you just seat and wait: the menu is a surprise!
Most of the dishes are based on "cèpes" (boletus in english).

Sandro, or Sergio (who's who?) took our picture.

First dish of pasta

We had a plate of appetizers, followed by 2 dishes of pasta, 2 dished of meat and dessert!

How to get there.

Jim's new car!
The next day we went to San Lorenzo a mare, a village by the sea... really cute.

The bike lane is 20 kms long along the sea.

We wanted to rent bikes but the place was closed.

The beach in the winter: nobody there!
